Hopefully, you will find the answer to your question from the FAQs listed below. If not, or if you need further information, please feel free to email us your question or to contact us directly.
Q. Can we duplicate Keymatic Keys?
A. Yes, a typical lock shop may be capable of producing a key, but the Kenstan warranty will be void if our factory-original keys are not used. Standard tubular keys are cut on a machine using a .156 diameter-size cutting blade; Kenstan uses a CNC milling machine and .093 size cutter to meet our tight tolerances. Use of unauthorized duplicates will cause the lock to become misaligned and possibly suffer irreversible damage.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. No, there is no minimum order.
Q. Is a change TOOL a master key?
A. No, a change TOOL is designed to merely change the combination of your locks.
